- Rook Intelligence
Rook Intelligence is the writing layer inside Rook Signal. It runs on the model provider you choose.
- Rook Persona
Rook Persona is a small library of your voice stored per workspace, built from samples, a tone, and rules.
- Workspace
A workspace is a sealed environment with its own persona, target list, queue, history, and provider key.
- Creator workspace
A Creator workspace is the Rook Signal flavor for a single personal voice.
- Business workspace
A Business workspace is the Rook Signal flavor for teams sharing a brand voice.
- Target account
A target account is a LinkedIn profile Rook Signal watches for new posts. Up to twenty per workspace.
- Tracker
The tracker is the daily sweep that reads every target and drafts a reply for each new post.
- Comment queue
The comment queue is the morning column of pre drafted replies ready for your review.
- Comment history
Comment history is the searchable archive of every comment you have posted through Rook Signal.
- Tone
A tone is one of five registers inside Rook Persona. Your voice stays, the register changes.
- Sample
A sample is a short piece of your writing pasted into Rook Persona so it learns your cadence.
- Rule
A rule is a persona constraint that Rook Intelligence respects on every draft.
- Ready badge
The Ready badge is the green pill on a queue card. It means the draft was pre generated overnight.
- Pre generated
Pre generated means the draft was written overnight during the tracker run, not just now.
- BYOK
BYOK means bring your own key. You plug a provider key into your workspace and Rook Signal uses it.
- Provider
A provider is a lab whose model runs Rook Intelligence. Five are supported.
- Anthropic
Anthropic is the Rook Signal default provider. Models include Claude Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku.
- OpenAI
OpenAI is a provider inside Rook Signal. Models include GPT 4.1 and GPT 4o.
- Google
Google is a provider inside Rook Signal. Models include Gemini 2.5 Pro and Flash.
- xAI
xAI is a provider inside Rook Signal. The model is Grok 4.
- Groq
Groq is a provider inside Rook Signal serving Llama and Mixtral at LPU speed.
- AES 256 GCM
AES 256 GCM is the authenticated encryption standard Rook Signal uses to store every API key at rest.
- Mismatch detection
Mismatch detection warns you when a stored key prefix does not match the selected provider.
- Account health
Account health is the per target status reported by the last tracker run.
- Run log
The run log is the seven day history of tracker runs. It records duration, posts found, comments generated, and errors.
- Regenerate
Regenerate asks Rook Intelligence for a fresh draft using the same persona and rules.
- Skip
Skip is the third verb on a queue card. Not every post deserves a reply.
- CSV export
CSV export downloads your complete comment history as a spreadsheet.
- Category
A category is a tag on a target account. Rook Signal ships with more than two hundred options.
